Man weiß nicht genau, ob hier eigentlich jemand beim Lachen weint oder andersrum. Genau da beginnt die Kunst des Martin Gallop. Sein Schmerz ist ein feiner Witz im Walzertakt und der verkappte Humor tritt offen zutage, als er lakonisch raushaut, das seien „Lieder für die Verlassenen und die, die die es gerne wären.“ Da ist es wieder, das gnadenlos entwaffnende Gallopsche Zwinkern!

Video of the rare talent Eelke Kleijn on Label TV

Eelke Kleijn brought a refreshing breeze of fresh air into the German Dance Community. A clear majority of the jockeys adored the track for its unique vibe. Yet we have to admit not everyone was feeling it. Especially the rather narrow minded commercial big room jockeys had difficulties suiting the track into their sets. But even those were giving it a try on late night hours. „Ein Tag Am Strand“ has already reached the Top Twenty of the German Dance Charts at this early stage of the campaign, and has collected several plays on German Dance Radio. Within the next weeks we‘ll keep on pushing to extend the good results of this promising start.
